I. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the AngelImperatrix AI - Discord Branch ("Service").
The Service is operated by the Provider and is intended exclusively for use within the official AngelImperatrix Discord server. The Service provides moderation, diagnostic, utility and interactive features through Discord slash commands.
By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply solely to the Service and do not replace or modify the terms, policies or guidelines of Discord. Users remain responsible for complying with all applicable Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable policies while using the Service.
II. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- Discord
- Means the Discord platform and related services provided by Discord Inc.
- Provider
- Means the person or legal entity operating the Service.
- Service
- Means the AngelImperatrix AI - Discord Branch.
- User
- Means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- Terms
- Means these Terms of Service.
III. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, the User acknowledges that the User has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User must not access or use the Service.
Continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
IV. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required to use Discord in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
The Service is intended exclusively for use within the official AngelImperatrix Discord server.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the User is permitted to use Discord and the Service under all applicable laws, regulations and Discord policies.
Access to certain features of the Service may be restricted based on permissions, roles or other access control mechanisms configured by the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the Service where necessary to protect the security, integrity or proper operation of the Service.
V. Availability of the Service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Provider may modify, suspend, discontinue or remove any feature or functionality of the Service at any time and without prior notice.
The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every version of Discord or third-party software.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures or circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
The Provider may perform maintenance or implement updates that temporarily affect the availability or functionality of the Service.
VI. Permitted Use
The User may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms, the applicable rules of the official AngelImperatrix Discord server and all applicable Discord policies.
The Service may only be used for its intended purpose and through the features and commands made available by the Provider.
The User may access only those features for which the User has been granted permission through the Service's access control mechanisms.
The User is responsible for using the Service in a lawful, respectful and responsible manner.
Nothing in these Terms grants the User any ownership rights or authority over the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
VII. Prohibited Conduct
The User must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or Discord policies;
- attempt to bypass, interfere with or circumvent any permission, restriction or access control mechanism implemented by the Provider;
- misuse, disrupt, overload or intentionally interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
- exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behaviour for personal benefit or to the detriment of the Service or other Users;
- attempt to reverse engineer, modify or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service, except where such rights cannot be restricted under applicable law;
- use the Service in a manner intended to harass, abuse or otherwise harm other Users or the Provider.
Violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service and any other action considered appropriate by the Provider.
VIII. Moderation Features
The Service includes moderation features that may perform actions such as kicking, banning, timing out or removing timeouts from Users.
Moderation actions are performed only in response to commands issued by authorized Users and in accordance with the permissions configured by the Provider.
The Service does not independently determine whether a moderation action should be taken. Responsibility for issuing moderation commands rests with the authorized User who initiated the command.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, restrict or remove moderation features at any time.
IX. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Service, including its source code, design, functionality, documentation and other original content, is the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the User.
The User must not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce or create derivative works from the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with the Provider's prior written permission.
X. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuously available or suitable for any particular purpose.
The Provider does not guarantee that defects will be corrected within any specific period of time or that every issue affecting the Service can or will be resolved.
XI. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of access, interruption of service or any other loss resulting from the operation, suspension, modification or discontinuation of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
XII. Suspension and Termination
The Provider may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity or proper operation of the Service.
Access to the Service may also be suspended or terminated if the User violates these Terms, applicable Discord policies or the rules of the official AngelImperatrix Discord server.
Suspension or termination of access to the Service does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive such suspension or termination.
XIII. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable laws or other operational requirements.
The most recent version of these Terms will be made available together with its effective date.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
XIV. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
